Mental health is important to us; the human being is our focus

In spring last year, a survey was conducted with the support of AOK Bayern. Based on this survey, a psychological risk assessment for Otto Christ AG was prepared. There was a participation rate of 56%, which was a good value compared to other companies. A total of 592 sheets were distributed.

Our partner AOK Bayern was on site and has handed over the results of the mental risk assessment to the steering committee (HR department/occupational safety specialist/works council).

The conclusion of the AOK Bayern:

"We have rarely seen such good results."

Overall, the results across the Group were very positive and better again than in 2018.

We know, however, that there is room for improvement in some areas, and our aim is to achieve a consistently good result throughout the areas.
